SOLUTION
We are changing to aluminum titanium alloy 7075 quality special American teflon coated hot sleeve. The feature of these jaws is that they can cut shrink nylon faster and more regularly. They are controlled with automatic digital heat control and time control. They are heated with foron 304 stainless steel rod resistance. Maintenance can be done with a non-sticky cloth after the job is finished while it is hot. The jaw apparatus can be used for many years as long as no metal is applied to it.
