Use and Maintenance

In our machine where the single user operator can work, the products are manually placed on the idle conveyor, manually driven into the cutting and sealing unit area and the time-controlled start button is pressed to close the shrink film, then the new product driven with the same process drives the previous product into the shrink heat tunnel.

  • Polyethylene shrink film shrinks under the effect of heat in the tunnel and tightly wraps the product, and at the exit of the film tunnel, the shrink film that has shrunk is cooled by a fan, allowing it to squeeze the product and take its shape.
  • Shrink packaging not only provides a good appearance to the product, but also provides more space during storage and transportation, and protects the products from abrasion, scratches and dust during transportation.
  • Machine maintenance is quite easy, and chain lubrication, wiping the teflon-coated jaw at periodic intervals and draining the water formed in the air flow extends the working life of your machine.
