In our machine where a single user operator can work, the products are manually placed on the idle conveyor and manually transferred to the cutting and sealing unit area. The moving conveyor behind the cutting carries the product to the cutting point and presses the time-controlled start button to close the shrink film. After the film closing process, the product is automatically driven to the shrink tunnel.

Polyethylene shrink film shrinks under the effect of temperature in the tunnel and tightly wraps the product, and at the exit of the film tunnel, the shrunk film is cooled by a fan and the product is squeezed and takes its shape.
Shrink packaging not only provides a good appearance to the product, but also provides more space during storage and transportation and protects the products from wear, scratches and dust during transportation.
